Petra Rocks!

Last night, I drove to Calgary with a van load of fellow Christian fans to catch Petra's farewell tour. Now, you may be asking, "who is Petra?" Petra is a Christian rock band that has been together for 33 years and are calling it quits. They have recorded over 30 albums, won 4 Grammys and sold over 7 million albums...not too bad for a Christian band! The lead singer reminds me of Rod Stewart and the guitarist, Bob Hartman, is the same age as my dad! But, they were loud and awesome! 3 hours to Calgary, great pizza at Western Pizza, an amazing concert, Krispy Kremes for the ride back, and home at 3:15am...all-in-all a great day!
