Anyone Want To Volunteer?!

We have all come across those times in our careers when we wish we did something else...I had one of those moments today. I love my job and I love what I do, except for cold-calling people and pretty much begging them to volunteer in the church! I am fortunate that I don't have as many people to recruit this school year but I really dislike begging people to serve in ministry! "It's not hard", I tell them, "it's all scripted nowadays and we have Game Cubes!" Who wouldn't want to volunteer! I just don't get it!
