The Lamb

Oh, if only we had a camera that worked! This past Easter weekend, we had a definite Kodak moment in our kitchen. After a grocery run to the local A&P to get food for our Easter Sunday dinner, we arrived home with a whole New Zealand lamb (dead of course)! I am not joking...we bought a lamb and John proceeded to butcher it. It was quite the sight and so fitting...Easter....lamb... And, so tasty!
