Okay, so I worked for the City of St. Albert and I know that people take their time with everything, but this is ridiculous! I have spent a large chunk of my day here at work talking to 7 different City employees and managers! All I want is information on playground construction and any rules and codes to abide by....I have been transfered to almost every department in our city! Hey, Joc...someone even said I should talk to Darwin! I haven't called him yet because I am waiting to hear back from a few people first. Can I say again that this is ridiculous! Oh, and because we are technically in Sturgeon County, soon to be annexed into St.Albert, this all may not even be necessary!
